- Managing relationship between the client and agency.
- Track all your time with detailed notes.
- Attend and participate in scrums each morning - your role is to fight for your clients!
- Management of clients’ content calendars
- Management of clients’ budgets
- Budget tracking: has all ad hoc work been invoiced? Are set service budgets on track?
- Preparation of clients’ statement of work contracts, including updates to these when scope of work or commercials change
- Improvements to community management processes and development of new processes to constantly improve our services
- Weekly overview of all social media clients’ dashboards to ensure they are tracking well, with report back to client on a monthly basis
- Overseeing scheduling of all social media posts for all clients, briefed in to Social Media Coordinator. Ensure that all scheduled posts have gone out as planned.
- Consistent update of client records on Client Data sheets
- Meet with each retainer client on a monthly basis
